hi it’s tiffany with sacred pillars
talking to you more about breath work
and what i want to share with you
is what our ceremonial breath work is
like when we incorporate it into one of
our retreats or ceremonies so
and specifically in entheogen ceremonies
we really pair them up we will rarely do
an entheogen ceremony or retreat without
also doing breath work because
what we see happen is is that
you get double the bang for for your buck so we
do ceremonial breath work typically before
we go into the entheogen ceremony
and the powerful thing about that is
you get to work on releasing activating bringing to you
what your true nature or true self might
be releasing conditions like you can do
all that with your breath before you even step
into an entheogen or plant medicine ceremony
all right and then when you do step into
the entheogen ceremony typically is that
much more powerful and profound because
you just you got to to you know shake
the boogies off before you you went into
the into the plant medicine so
we use it as a way to continue to open up space
and allow ourselves to see our true
nature and then we’re also using it as a way to
i see it a couple different ways we use
it continuing to burn away release
shed our programming our conditioning
getting moving energy beginning
with the flow and then we get to connect
with those parts of us that are
and continue to always be
unconditioned and true and divine it’s
like that connection can happen and we
can see that we we always know exactly
what we need in every single moment that’s
literally why why we use it in
conjunction with our retreats and
ceremonies because
it can be that powerful so imagine being
positioned in that way and then going
into your plant medicine ceremony
and it’s those those coupled together
it’s just absolutely profound so that’s
a little bit about why we use ceremonial
breath work with our retreats in our
ceremonies and we’d love for you to
check one of those out then that’s
that our information is all on our
website you can see it on the events
page or in other areas of the website it’s all
out there
