is set so you hear a satin setting and how
important that is when you’re going to

so what is set what do we mean by that
it’s really your mindset or your mental
emotional state when you get ready to go into psilocybin ceremony
so looking at and preparing and being
ready of how what’s your expectations and beliefs
are you prepared to go in and surrender
to what the medicine has to show you
these can have a big impact on what you
get out of the ceremony if you’re ready
to go in and surrender and receive
whatever the medicine has to show you
you can gain so much more awareness and
peace throughout the psilocybin ceremony than if
you’re going in and you’re not prepared
and ready
also physically being ready and looking
at are you tired are you sick
are you injured
have you prepared your body with a diet
a Clean Diet uh before you’ve gone in to
help receive the medicine
these all can have an impact and really
are part of that preparation and being
ready to go into ceremony to receive the
most you can get out of the ceremony
and we help people prepare

about preparation
